Meet Elvis Ellison
I have been cooking for my family since I was 12 years old, learning traditional Caribbean dishes from my mother.
After training as a culinary chef at Salford College in England, I had the privilege of working at a variety of five-star locations, from hotels to independent restaurants in Europe and Canada.
My dream was to open my own restaurant to share my love of cooking and unique take on Caribbean style food.
